Shop Sky Jaya is looking for a dedicated Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial records of our company. You will be responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits and tax purposes.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.,Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
