📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the company's telesales operations,Answer customer inquiries and provide product information,Process and handle customer orders and payments,Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities,Provide exceptional customer service and support,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telesales is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer software and sales tools,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus
