📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of sustainable food systems initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis using ArcGIS and QGIS to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, policymakers, and industry partners.
• Monitor and report on project progress and impact, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sustainable agriculture and food systems.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Represent Sustainable Harvest Indonesia at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, food systems, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of leading transformative projects in sustainable food systems.
• Certification in GIS or related spatial analysis tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural practices and regulations.
