Puskesmas Yoga Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a passion for maintaining the integrity and quality of our healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control processes and compliance issues.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal control systems.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
