📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of our sites, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety.,Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and maintenance work.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, construction, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
