📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and graphics, to promote our services and engage with our audience.,Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and respond to any negative feedback or comments, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and driving engagement and growth.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.,Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
