📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Lead and supervise a team of tax officers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company's tax practices are in compliance.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related issues and resolve any disputes.,Provide tax-related training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, Income Tax, and Excise Tax.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and interact with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.,Certification in tax-related courses or programs is a plus.
