📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in mall and event spaces.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with mall management and event organizers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all sales channels.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on retail or event marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of retail and event marketing strategies, including digital and traditional channels.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
