📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.,Manage the workforce, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing operations and teams effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and financial reporting.
