As a Partner & Strategic Sourcing Manager at Lancaster Technology and Development, you'll be instrumental in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships that drive business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners in Bali and beyond.
• Conduct thorough supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best deals.
• Optimize procurement processes using tools like SAP Ariba or similar platforms.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of suppliers into our clients' operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on sourcing activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with the tech and business landscape in Bali and Southeast Asia.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
