📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of safety and security for the properties.,Ensure compliance with all local and international safety and security regulations.,Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to maintain a secure environment.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency response plans.,Manage administrative operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and housekeeping.,Oversee the performance of administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain property facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive role within the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in safety, security, and administrative management.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws relevant to the hospitality industry.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
