📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Monitor project timelines and budgets, and make adjustments as necessary.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Prepare and submit progress reports to management.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site management.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
