PT Raya Tunas is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and test equipment and materials to ensure they meet project specifications and safety standards.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of workers and the public.,Monitor project progress and report to management on any issues or delays.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on construction and maintenance projects.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws, regulations, and safety standards.
