📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee site operations and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget,Manage a team of site staff, providing guidance and support,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the site is a safe working environment,Maintain high-quality standards and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards,Work closely with the Site Engineer and other team members to ensure that all projects are completed successfully,Monitor and report on site progress and performance,Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project,Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety protocols,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with project management software and tools,Commitment to safety and a strong safety record,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
