In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
