📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Design user interfaces for mobile, tablet, and desktop.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides.,Ensure design consistency across all digital products.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.,Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.,Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.,Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.,Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
