Glow Point Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage the accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Develop and maintain financial reports and forecasts for management.,Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
