📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels.
  • Screening and evaluating resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews and assessments.
  • Providing feedback to candidates on their application status.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
