📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's financial records and transactions.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Conduct regular audits of financial records and procedures.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.,Certification in accounting (CPA, CMA, or similar) is a plus.
