In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to relevant authorities.,Monitor cash flow and manage the company's budget.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and ensure the quality of their work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
