📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Prepare sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
