📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Work closely with the Head Chef to plan and execute daily menus.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Valid food handler's license.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum.
