📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement effective team strategies and goals aligned with the company's objectives.,Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication and accountability.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve common goals.,Handle team scheduling, including shifts, breaks, and leave requests, to maintain a balanced workload.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership or management roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Experience in managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Familiarity with team performance metrics and KPIs.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
