📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospects and customers to promote and sell products or services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
