As a Fund Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our investment funds, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage fund transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, using our in-house fund management system.
• Reconcile fund accounts on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor fund performance and provide regular reports to fund managers and analysts.
• Ensure all fund transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of fund documentation, including statements, confirmations, and reports.
• Provide support to the fund operations team during the preparation of fund audits and inspections.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply best practices to improve fund operations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund operations, investment management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with fund management software, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Morningstar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
