📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, using BambooHR.
• Conduct initial and follow-up interviews to identify the best candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to support employee growth.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HR software, such as BambooHR and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
