📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities for credit products.
• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to enhance the performance of our credit offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market demands and business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the success of growth initiatives.
• Work with our marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies that drive product adoption.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the fintech and credit industries, and share insights with the team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative credit products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role within the fintech or credit industry.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of credit products and the fintech landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
