📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the academic programs, curriculum development, and faculty recruitment.
• Lead the School of Arts, Sciences, and Technology in achieving its academic goals and objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, research, and creativity within the academic community.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to develop and implement academic strategies.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and best practices in higher education.
• Promote the School of Arts, Sciences, and Technology as a leading institution in the region.
• Develop and manage the school's budget and resources.
• Represent the School of Arts, Sciences, and Technology at regional and national conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education administration.
• Proven track record of leadership and academic excellence.
• Strong knowledge of educational policies, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using academic management software, such as PowerSchool or Banner.
• Certification in Higher Education Administration (CHEA) preferred.
