📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement organizational structures that support business objectives and employee growth.
• Design and manage performance management systems (KPIs) to drive employee productivity and engagement.
• Create and execute talent management strategies, including recruitment, training, and development programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with company vision and goals.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organization development and HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR strategy, organization development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR (Preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
