In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inventory for our retail and salon products, including receiving, storing, and tracking stock. You'll use our inventory management software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, to maintain accurate records and generate reports. Daily tasks will include conducting stock counts, ordering supplies, and reconciling discrepancies. • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for retail and salon products using inventory management software like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Receive, store, and track incoming inventory, including managing purchase orders and vendor communications.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with the retail and salon teams to ensure smooth operations and timely restocking.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, retail, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Experience with inventory management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
