📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain cabling infrastructure, including fiber optics and copper cables.
• Set up and manage network hardware such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data centre operations.
• Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and cabling issues.
• Document all installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in regular training and certification programs to stay updated with the latest technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data centre cabling and hardware support.
• Certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
• Proven experience with fiber optic and copper cabling installations and configurations.
• Strong knowledge of network hardware and software, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
